Availability of the FY 2002 Low-Income Home Energy Assisance Program State Plan
[31 Pa.B. 5504] The Department of Public Welfare (Department) is making available to the public the 2002 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program State Plan. This document describes how the Department plans to use block grant funds provided under the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act, Title XXVI of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 (Pub. L. No. 97-35) (42 U.S.C.A. § 8621 et seq.), as amended, during the 2001-02 program year.
Copies of the State Plan are available for all interested individuals and groups at County Assistance Offices, or upon written request to Nancy Poindexter, Director, Division of Federal Programs and Program Management, Department of Public Welfare Building Complex #2, Room 224 Willow Oak Building #42, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
