   A-00116318.  Department of Transportation. Application of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for approval of (a) the alteration of the Crossing AAR 593 027 V by the removal and replacement of the existing bridge where Rhawn Street (S.R. 1014) crosses above grade the tracks of CSX Transportation and (b) an exemption from 52 Pa. Code §§ 33.121 and 33.122 (relating to overhead clearances; and side clearances), located in the City of Philadelphia and the allocation of costs incident thereto.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2001, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
