Expiration of Leases

   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

Lehigh County, Lower Macungie Township, Willow Lane.

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,600 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space on Route 100, within 1 mile of the intersection of Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township.

Proposals due:  November 2, 2001, at 12 noon
