FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION

Alcohol Restriction; Harveys Creek, Luzerne County

   The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.4 (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), has prohibited the use or possession of beer and alcoholic beverages at Harveys Creek, Luzerne County in the following areas: the stream, stream bed and a stream corridor 25 feet in width extending from the normal high water line of the stream inland on both banks from Meeker-Outlet Road (T-810) upstream of State Route 118 downstream 8.5 miles to the boundary of the Lackawanna State Forest and the land area between the stream bank and State Route 29 from its junction with Fedor Road (State Route 1059) at Cease's Mills downstream to the boundary of the Lackawanna State Forest. This restriction is effective when posted at the sites.
