   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Berks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0619, Penn Plaza, 3039 North Fifth Street Highway, Reading, PA 19605-2457.

Lease Expiration Date:  January 31, 2002

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 6,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space along North Fifth Street Highway between George Street (South) and Bellevue Avenue (North), Muhlenberg Township.
