Health Maintenance Organization Certificate of Authority Application Filed by Elder Health Pennsylvania HMO, Inc.
[31 Pa.B. 7082] On November 13, 2001, Elder Health Pennsylvania HMO, Inc., filed an application with the Department of Health and the Insurance Department for a certificate of authority to establish, operate and maintain a health maintenance organization (HMO) under the provisions of the HMO Act (40 P. S. §§ 1551--1567), Department of Health HMO regulations (28 Pa. Code §§ 9.1--9.97) and the Insurance Department HMO Regulations (31 Pa. Code §§ 301.1--301.204).
The proposed service area of the applicant is Philadelphia County.
