Expiration of Leases
[31 Pa.B. 1199] The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:
Luzerne County, Facilities Maintenance Shop Wilkes-Barre, 106 Stevens Road, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702-6726.
Lease Expiration Date: January 31, 2002
Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) with approximately 6,500 to 9,000 net usable square feet of new or existing warehouse space suitable to house a PLCB maintenance operation within the city of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County. Facility must have an overhead bay door, a minimum ceiling height of 14 feet, off-street parking for a minimum of four vehicles, and easy access to traffic routes and I-81.

Facility must have a loading dock suitable for a tractor trailor, a minimum ceiling height of 14 feet, off-street parking for a minimum of four vehicles, and easy access to traffic routes and I-81.
