   A-310779 F0006 and A-310059 F2000. TeleBeam, Incorporated and Conestoga Communications Inc. Joint Application of TeleBeam, Incorporated and Conestoga Communications, Inc., for approval of the transfer of assets of Conestoga Communications, Inc., to TeleBeam, Inc., and the merger of Conestoga Communications, Inc., with TeleBeam Incorporated.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 19, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
