DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Addendum and Revision of the Listing of Approved Speed-Timing Devices and Appointment of Maintenance and Calibration Stations

[32 Pa.B. 1778]

   The Department of Transportation (Department), Bureau of Motor Vehicles, under the authority of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3368, published at 31 Pa.B. 7078 (December 29, 2001), a notice of approved speed-timing devices and maintenance and calibration stations for use until the next comprehensive list is published.

Change of Ownership

   As an addendum to the listing of approved Official Maintenance and Calibration Stations, the Department gives notice of the change of ownership for the following stations:

   S & D Calibration Services, 29 Prosperity Street, Monongahela, Washington County, PA 15063 (W1, EL1, EM1). The station name, numbers and authorizations will remain the same.
   S & D Calibration Services, 115 Walnut Drive, Eighty Four, Washington County, PA 15330 (W61, EM6, EL11). The station name, numbers and authorizations will remain the same.

Change of Ownership and Address

   As an addendum to the listing of approved Official Maintenance and Calibration Stations, the Department gives notice of the change of ownership and address of the following station (station number S35):

   S & D Calibration Services, 134 Camp Lane, Monongahela, Washington County, PA 15317

   The new station address will be:

   S & D Calibration Services, 193 Route 837, Monongahela, Washington County, PA 15063. The station name, number and authorizations will remain the same.
