DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

Fertilizer Nutrient Values

[32 Pa.B. 3001]

   The Secretary of Agriculture, under the authority of 3 Pa.C.S. § 6710 (relating to commercial value), establishes the commercial values per pound of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potash.

   The values are established as follows:

      Nitrogen 21¢ per pound
      Phosphoric acid 23¢ per pound
      Potash 14¢ per pound

Effective Date

   These commercial values are effective commencing July 1, 2002, and shall remain effective until further notice.
