Delayed Harvest Fly-Fishing Only Areas

   The Fish and Boat Commission (Commission) published at 31 Pa.B. 5106 (September 8, 2001) a notice of proposed rulemaking containing an amendment to 58 Pa. Code § 65.2 (relating to delayed harvest fly-fishing only areas). Specifically, the Commission proposed amending this section to eliminate the Delayed Harvest Fly-Fishing Only Program and consolidate it with the Delayed Harvest Artificial Lures Only Program. At its meeting on April 29, 2002, the Commission voted not to adopt this proposed amendment.
