[32 Pa.B. 3189] A-222200F2000. Township of Middletown. Application of the Township of Middletown, Bucks County, PA, for all approvals under 66 Pa.C.S. (relating to public utility code) in connection with the sale to Bucks County Sewer and Water Authority of its assets used and useful in providing water service beyond the township's municipal boundaries, the transfer of service obligations and the abandonment of jurisdictional service by the township.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 15, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
