   A-212385F2000. Mehoopany Water Company, Inc. Application of Mehoopany Water Company, Inc. for approval under 66 Pa.C.S. (relating to public utility code) of the abandonment of all water service to the public in the Village of North Mehoopany, Mehoopany Township, Wyoming County, by the transfer of all physical plant and customers to the Mehoopany Water Authority.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 29, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
