Application of Bon Secours-Holy Family Hospital for Exception

   Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Bon Secours-Holy Family Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 51.23 (relating to positron emission tomography).

   The request is on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 783-8980, fax: (717) 772-2163, e-mail address: paexcept@health.state.pa.us.

   The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
