Correction to Hearing and Presubmission Schedule; Milk Marketing Area No. 2

[32 Pa.B. 4791]

   The Milk Marketing Board (Board) published at 32 Pa.B. 4289 (August 31, 2002) a Hearing and Presubmission Schedule for Milk Marketing Area No. 2. The Hearing and Presubmission Schedule was also distributed as Board Bulletin No. 1317. The Hearing and Presubmission Schedule was incomplete and is amended to provide for the Board to receive testimony and evidence concerning in-store handling costs at the October 2, 2002, hearing.
