   A-210104F0021. Pennsylvania Suburban Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania Suburban Water Company for approval of the right to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in additional portions of West Vincent Township, Chester County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before October 15, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
