   A-00118928.  Springettsbury Township. Application of Springettsbury Township for approval of the construction of the crossing where Concord Road crosses at grade the tracks of Norfolk Southern Railroad and a siding serving the former Caterpillar site located in Springettsbury Township, York County.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2002, at 10 a.m. in Hearing Room 2, Plaza Level, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
