Prothonotary Fee Schedule
[32 Pa.B. 5509] Pursuant to Act 122 of 2002, passed by the General Assembly and signed by the Governor, on October 2, 2002, an additional fee of $5.00 shall be charged and collected by the Prothonotaries for the initiation of any civil action, effective November 1, 2002.
Pursuant to the order of court signed on August 15, 2002, by the Honorable Joseph H. Kleinfelter, President Judge the Prothonotary Fee Schedule is amended, effective January 1, 2003.
