   The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) will accept proposals until 2 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2002, for Project #02-122.P, Purchase of Fencing Materials (no installation). The bid documents can be obtained from the Director of Procurement, PRPA, 3460 N. Delaware Ave., 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19134, (215) 426-2600, and will be available Tuesday, December 17, 2002.
