PHILADELPHIA REGIONAL PORT AUTHORITY

Request for Bids

   The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) will accept sealed bids for the following projects to refrigerate 35,000 s.f. of the Tioga III Building:

   Project #02-147.1--General Construction
Project #02-147.2--Refrigeration
Project #02-147.4--Electrical Work
Project #02-147.8--Insulation

   PRPA will accept bids until 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2003. The bid documents can be obtained from the Director of Procurement, PRPA, 3460 N. Delaware Ave., 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19134, (215) 426-2600 and will be available December 31, 2002. The cost of the bid document is $35 (includes 7% PA Sales Tax). The cost is nonrefundable. PRPA is an equal opportunity employer. Contractor must comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations.

   A mandatory prebid job site meeting will be held on January 9, 2003, at 10 a.m. at the foot of Tioga St. at Delaware Ave., Philadelphia, PA.
