Application for Increase In Underwriting Authority of a Domestic Stock Property Insurance Company
[33 Pa.B. 1551] Hanover Fire and Casualty Insurance Company (Hanover Fire), a domestic stock property insurance company, has filed an application to increase its classes of underwriting authorities. The class of insurance that Hanover Fire has applied to add is other liability as mentioned in section 202(c)(4) of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P. S. § 382(c)(4)). Persons wishing to comment on the application are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 14 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Department of the exact basis of the statement.
