PART II PERMITS The following permit applications or requests for plan approval have been received by the Department of Environmental Protection (Department).
Persons wishing to comment on an application are invited to submit a statement to the office noted before the application, within 15 days from the date of this public notice. Comments received within this 15-day comment period will be considered in making the final decision regarding the application. The comments should include the name, address and telephone number of the writer and a concise statement to inform the Department of the exact basis of a comment and the relevant facts upon which it is based.
The Department reserves the right to hold a public hearing if the responsible office considers the public response significant. If a hearing is scheduled, a notice of the hearing will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and a newspaper of general circulation of the area. If no hearing is held, the Department's Water Management Program Manager will make a final determination regarding the applications after a complete review. Notice of this final determination will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin at which time this determination may be appealed to the Environmental Hearing Board.

NPDES Stormwater Individual Permit
The following parties have applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater associated with a construction activity into waters of this Commonwealth. Unless otherwise indicated, on the basis of preliminary review and application of lawful standards and regulations, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) proposes to issue a permit to discharge, subject to certain limitations set forth in the permit conditions. These proposed determinations are tentative. Limitations are provided as erosion and sediment control best management practices which restrict the rate and quantity of sediment discharged.
Where indicated, the EPA Region III Administrator has waived the right to review or object to this proposed permit action under the waiver provision 40 CFR 123.24(d).
Persons wishing to comment on the proposed permit are invited to submit a statement to the appropriate Department Regional Office noted before the application, within 30 days from the date of this public notice. Comments reviewed within this 30-day period will be considered in the formulation of the final determinations regarding this application. PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY (PWS) PERMIT Under the Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act, the following parties have applied for a public water supply permit to construct or substantially modify a public water system.

Comments received within this 30-day comment period will be considered in the formulation of the final determinations regarding this application. Comment responses should include the name, address and telephone number of the writer and a concise statement to inform the Department of the exact basis of a comment and the relevant facts upon which it is based. A public hearing may be held after consideration of comments received during the 30-day public comment period.
Following the comment period, the Department will make a final determination regarding the proposed permit. Notice of this final determination will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin at which time this determination may be appealed to the Environmental Hearing Board.
