Reestablishment of the Magisterial Districts Within the 12th Judicial District; No. 160 Magisterial Doc. No. 1

Amended Order Per Curiam:
And Now, this 8th day of April, 2003, upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish the Magisterial Districts of the 12th Judicial District (Dauphin County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that the Petition, which provides for the addition of Magisterial Districts 12-2-04 and 12-2-05, within Dauphin County, and the concurrent realignment of Magisterial Districts 12-1-02, 12-1-03, 12-1-04 and 12-1-05, within Dauphin County, both to be effective January 5, 2004, is granted. The newly created vacancies in said new districts 12-2-04 and 12-2-05 shall be filled in the 2003 municipal election. It is further Ordered and Decreed that the Petition, which provides for the reestablishment of the Magisterial Districts 12-1-01, 12-1-06, 12-2-01, 12-2-02, 12-2-03, 12-3-01, 12-3-02, 12-3-03, 12-3-04 and 12-3-05, within Dauphin County, to be effective immediately, is granted.
