[33 Pa.B. 2137] Continental Casualty Company (CNA) is requesting approval to increase the premium for several long term care policy forms. The company is requesting a 40% increase for the Con Care A series, which includes P1-54076-B37 and P1-54076-A37. The company is requesting a 30% increase for the Con Care B series, which includes P1-59433-A37. The company is requesting a 40% increase for the LTC 1 series, which includes P1-15203-A37. The company is requesting a 50% increase for the Preferred Advantage series, which includes P1-21295-A37, P1-21295-A87, P1-21300-A37, P1-21300-A87, P1-21305-A37 and P1-21305-A87. The company is requesting a 50% increase for the Premier/Classic series, which includes P1-18215-A37, P1-18215-A87, P1-18876-A37 and P1-18876-A87. The proposed increase will affect 10,776 policyholders in this Commonwealth.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's regional offices in Harrisburg.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Accident and Health Bureau, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120 within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
