LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Cumberland County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #2108, Summerdale Plaza Shopping Ctr., 443 N. Enola Road, Enola, PA 17025-2128.

Lease Expiration Date:  March 31, 2004

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 2,800 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located along U. S. Routes 11 and 15, between Valley Road to the north and Shady Lane to the south.

Proposals due:  May 16, 2003, at 12 p.m.
