Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes
[33 Pa.B. 2324] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following properties are available for sale by the Department:
Parcel No. 5--New Sewickley Township, Beaver County. This parcel contains approximately 0.233 + acre or 10,145 + square feet of unimproved land situated on the northerly side of Freedom-Crider Road in New Sewickley Township, Beaver County. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $2,900.
Parcel No. 6--New Sewickley Township, Beaver County. This parcel contains approximately 0.381 + acre or 16,599 + square feet of unimproved land situated on the northerly side of Freedom-Crider Road in New Sewickley Township, Beaver County. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $1,660.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing a site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Raymond S. Hack, District Engineer, Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
