Administrative Order Establishing Fees for Domestic Relations Services; File No. 2003-J-19

Order And Now, this 1st day of May, 2003, It Is Ordered that the following order Establishing Fees for Domestic Relations Services in the 31st Judicial District composed of Lehigh County be, and the same is, promulgated to become effective July 1, 2003, but in no event earlier than thirty (30) days after the publication of this order in the Pennsylvania Bulletin; that seven (7) certified copies shall be filed with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts; that two (2) certified copies shall be filed with the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin; that one (1) certified copy shall be filed with the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee; and that one (1) copy shall be filed with the Clerk of Courts of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County.
