3. To place fill up to 18 inches in the floodplain by raising and resurfacing the parking area (approximately 350 feet long and 150 feet width of fill).
The project is immediately southeast of the SR 0113 bridge crossing of the Schuylkill River on a 5-acre floodplain area leased from the Department and will impact 30 linear feet of the Schuylkill River (WWF-MF) (Phoenixville, PA USGS Quadrangle N: 6.1 inches; W: 1.5 inches).

2. To remove gravel deposits at several locations, within the channelized reach impacting a total of approximately 200 linear feet of stream channel.
The project proposes to directly affect a total of 1,900 linear feet of stream channel (Ambler, PA Quadrangle N: 20.4 inches; W: 0.4 inch).
E15-697. Department of Transportation, District 6, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525, Honeybrook and West Nantmeal Townships, Chester County, ACOE Philadelphia District.
To remove, replace and maintain an existing single span steel girder bridge with a 100-foot single span prestessed, concrete spread box beam bridge with superstructure depth of 4.7 feet and hydraulic opening of 98.4-foot span and 5.6-foot underclearance over the East Branch of Brandywine Creek (HQ-TSF-MF) on Chestnut Tree Road (SR 4025). Work will also include:
1. Improvement of approximately 220 linear feet of vertical roadway alignment, impacting 0.01 acre of wetland (PEM).
2. Installation of the stormwater facilities associated with the roadway improvement.
3. Installation of the temporary access, consisting of causeway crossing the creek.

The permittee shall routinely maintain all the previously listed hydraulic structures to ensure the maximum, unobstructed flow capacity. Since Crossings 3--8 are in wild trout streams, no maintenance work shall be conducted in or along Crossings 3--8 between October 1 and December 31 without the prior written permission from the Fish and Boat Commission. The railroad right-of-way subject to this permit is along the northern and southern right-of-way of SR 0322 western most beginning point approximately 2,600 feet east of SR 0970 and SR 0332 intersection This permit does not authorize any temporary or permanent impact to wetlands that may be along the railroad right-of-way.

To construct and maintain a maintenance road along the right bank of South Fork Tenmile Creek, classified as WWF and to construct and maintain a dual elliptical concrete pipe having two waterway openings of 91 inches wide by 58 inches high with 12 inches depressed invert and 70 feet long in Laurel Run (WWF). The culvert is on the proposed maintenance road approximately 400 feet west of SR 188.
E63-378. Matt Canestrale, P. O. Box 234, Belle Vernon, PA 15012. Canestrale Barge Facility in Carroll Township, Washington County, Pittsburgh ACOE District (Donora, PA Quadrangle N: 12.9 inches; W: 17.3 inches). To remove the existing barge docking facility, to construct and maintain a new barge docking facility in the channel of and along the left bank of the Monongahela River (WWF) and to perform periodic maintenance dredging in the channel of said stream at River Mile 34.6. The new docking facility will be three stacked barges high to elevation 742.6. Each barge will be 26 feet wide and 250 feet long. Fifteen feet of R-7 riprap will be placed along the river bank, at both the upstream and downstream limits of the new docking facility.
E63-526. Dolores Dosse, P. O. Box 57, Venetia, PA 15367-1333. Great Meadows Residential Development Culvert in Peters Township, Washington County, Pittsburgh ACOE District (Hackett, PA Quadrangle N: 22.2 inches; W: 7.8 inches). To construct and maintain a 48-inch diameter culvert 80-feet in length and a 24-inch diameter culvert 100.0-feet in length in an unnamed tributary to Peters Creek (TSF) and associated wetlands and to place and maintain permanent fill in 0.47 acre of PEM wetlands and temporary fill in 0.006 acre of PEM wetlands for the purpose of providing access to the Great Meadows Residential Development. The project is on Scenic Ridge Drive, approximately 40.0 feet east from the intersection of Scenic Ridge Drive and Great Meadows Drive. The project will impact a total of 330.0 feet of stream channel that includes the following waived activities under Chapter 105; a 100.0-foot long culvert under an access road to provide access to the stormwater detention facility and a 130.0 foot long culvert under Sutherland Drive. The project will also impact 0.47 acre of PEM wetlands (permanent) and 0.0006 acre of PEM wetlands (temporary). The applicant proposes to pay to the Wetland Replacement Fund.
E65-798. Walnut Capital Partners, Inc., 5500 Walnut Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15232. Walnut Capital Restaurants Wetland Fill in the Municipality of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, Pittsburgh ACOE District (Murrysville, PA Quadrangle N: 8.5 inches; W: 5.0 inches). To place and maintain fill in 0.23 acre of wetland along Turtle Creek (TSF) and an unnamed tributary to Turtle Creek for the purpose of constructing a retail center and two restaurants. Also, to construct and maintain a sewer line crossing of said unnamed tributary and a temporary road crossing and three outfall structures in Turtle Creek. The permittee will construct 0.50 acre of replacement wetlands. The project is on the south side of SR 22 at the intersection of SR 22 and Cline Hollow Road.
