HEARING BOARD

Cumberland Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited v. DEP and Olympic Realty & Development Corp., Permittee; EHB Doc. No. 2003-136-MG

   The Cumberland Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmen-tal Protection of an NPDES permit to Olympic Realty & Development Corp. for a facility in Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County.

   A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.

   The appeal is filed with the Environmental Hearing Board (Board) at its office on the Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P. O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457 and may be reviewed by interested parties on request during normal business hours. If information concerning this notice is required in an alternative form, contact the Secretary to the Board at (717) 787-3483. TDD users may telephone the Board through the AT&T Pennsylvania Relay Center at (800) 654-5984.

   Petitions to intervene in the appeal may be filed with the Board by interested parties under to 25 Pa. Code § 1021.81 (relating to intervention). Copies of the Board's rules of practice and procedure are available upon request from the Board.
