   A notice of proposed rulemaking was published by the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission) at 33 Pa.B. 2757 (June 14, 2003), containing proposed amendments relating to changing the opening day of the regular trout season and implementing a regional opening day program. At its meeting on July 19, 2003, the Commission voted not to adopt the proposed amendments.
