Reliant Energy Mid-Atlantic Power Holding, LLC--Warren Generating Station air emission sources are four coal-fired boilers.    To remove the existing structures, to construct and maintain a Conspan Bridge having a span of 20 feet and an underclearance of 5.2 feet and to construct and maintain an outfall structure to Crouse Run (TSF).    To operate and maintain a prestressed concrete box beam bridge having a single span of 87.5 feet and an underclearance of 11.0 feet over Peters Creek (TSF); to operate and maintain a 375.0 foot long soldier beam wall in Lewis Run (TSF); to operate and maintain a dual cell 15.0 feet by 7.3 feet box culvert (depressed 10.0 inches) in Lewis Run; to operate and maintain a reinforced concrete 28.0 feet by 8.5 feet box culvert (depressed 12.0 inches) in Lewis Run; to operate and maintain a concrete T-beam bridge having a single span of 24.0 feet and an underclearance of 7.7 feet over Lewis Run; to operate and maintain a reinforced concrete 20.0 feet by 10.5 feet arch culvert 135.0 feet long in Lewis Run; to operate and maintain a reinforced concrete 23.0 feet by 7.5 feet box culvert (depressed 12.0 inches) and having a length of 97.0 feet in Lewis Run; to operate and maintain a 48 inch reinforced concrete culvert having a length of 80.0 feet in a tributary to Lewis Run; to operate and maintain a prestressed box beam bridge having a single span of 26.0 feet and an underclearance of 8.0 feet and 100 feet long in Lewis run; to operate and maintain a reinforced concrete 18.0 feet by 8.4 feet arch culvert 95.0 feet long in a tributary to Lewis Run; to operate and maintain 845.0 linear feet of relocated Lewis Run; to operate and maintain 2932.0 linear feet of rock bank stabilization in Lewis Run and 50.0 linear feet of rock stabilization in a tributary to Lewis Run, to operate and maintain 3 outfalls to Peters Creek and 26 outfalls to Lewis Run; to maintain fill in 0.01 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands. This work was done as part of the widening and improving 2.28 miles of SR 0051 in conjunction with the construction of the Mon/Fayette Expressway project (SR 0043) Construction Section 52M authorized under Permit E02-1219. The project is located along SR 0051 from the Village of Large extending northward 2.28 miles to a point approximately 1,000 feet north of Coal Valley Road. The wetlands have been replaced along Peters Creek under the authorization of Permit E02-1132. (Project starts at Glassport, PA Quadrangle N:  7.5 inches; W:  5.5 inches and Project ends at Glassport, PA Quadrangle N:  12.0 inches; W:  9.0 inches).

   To restore and maintain approximately 600 linear feet of Mill Creek (TSF) as part of a ''Growing Greener'' project. Also to temporarily impact 0.65 acre of palustrine emergent wetland during the stream channel restoration. The project is located just west of the intersection of U.S. 30 and SR 168 (Hookstown, PA Quadrangle N:  14.6 inches; W:  14.9 inches).

   E26-183-A2. Texas Eastern Transmission, LP, 5400 Westheimer Court, Houston, TX 77056. German Township, Fayette County, ACOE Pittsburgh District.

   To amend Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permit E26-183 to construct and maintain 30 pairs of 10-inch diameter pipe pilings, spaced at 20 feet intervals within wetlands that are adjacent to Dunlap Creek (WWF). The paired pilings will be connected by a clamp assembly that will be used to support an existing 24-inch natural gas pipeline, to prevent damage to the pipeline from soil subsidence, reportedly resulting from previous underground mining activities. The project will reportedly affect 0.85 acre of wetlands and is located off of New Salem Road, approximately 1,400 feet southeast of its intersection with T-480, near Dunlap Creek (WWF) (New Salem, PA Quadrangle N:  8.1 inches; W:  10.5 inches).

   E26-301. Department of Transportation, Engineering District 12-0, P. O. Box 459, Uniontown, PA 15401. Jefferson Township, Fayette County, ACOE Pittsburgh District.

   To remove the existing structure and to construct and maintain a prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge having a normal span of 30.0 feet and an underclearance of 7.4 feet across Little Redstone Creek (WWF). Also to relocate and maintain 115.0 linear feet of the Little Redstone Creek (WWF) and 75.0 lineal feet of an unnamed tributary to Little Redstone Creek (WWF) and to construct and maintain a temporary crossing consisting of five 18-inch diameter pipes in Little Redstone Creek (WWF). The project is located on SR 4027, Section A10, approximately 4,000 feet south of its intersection with SR 4003 (Fayette City, PA Quadrangle N:  12.0 inches; W:  11.9 inches).

   E56-317. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 2001 SE 10th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716-0550. Somerset Township, Somerset County, ACOE Pittsburgh District.

   To place and maintain fill in 0.01 acre of wetlands and to enclose and maintain approximately 180 feet of an unnamed tributary to East Branch Coxes Creek (WWF) via three 8-inch pipes for the purpose of constructing a parking lot associated with a proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter Store. The project is located on the east side of SR 0601, approximately 2.5 miles north of its intersection with I-76 (Somerset, PA Quadrangle N:  9.4 inches; W:  10.0 inches).

   To construct, operate and maintain a 6-inch diameter natural gas pipeline beginning at Creek Hill Road approximately 1.7 miles west of SR 417 and extending north approximately 3 miles to SR 4022 approximately 0.5 mile west of Wallaceville in Oakland and Plum Townships, Venango County crossing the following:

   1.  East Branch Sugar Creek and adjoining EV wetland areas north of the stream by directional drill and two EV wetland areas south of the stream by open cut located approximately 3,500 feet upstream of Creek Hill Road (Dempseytown, PA Quadrangle N:  5.5 inches; W:  8.5 inches).

   2.  A tributary to East Branch Sugar Creek approximately 1,200 feet north of Creek Hill Road (Dempseytown, PA Quadrangle N:  4.35 inches; W:  8.2 inches).

   3.  A tributary to Little Sugar Creek approximately 2,000 feet upstream of where the stream crosses Dallas Road (Dempseytown, PA Quadrangle N:  7.6 inches; W:  8.1 inches).
