Agency Contract Termination of First Affiliated Insurance Group under Act 143; Erie Insurance Group; Doc. No. AT02-12-025

   A prereview telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for February 28, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference by January 24, 2003.

   A date for a review shall be determined, if necessary, at the prereview telephone conference.

   At the prereview conference, the parties shall be prepared to discuss the aspects of the appeal but in particular must be prepared to address the legal issues concerning the Department's jurisdiction and the applicability of Act 143.

   Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed by February 14, 2003, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

   Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before February 21, 2003.

   Persons with a disability who wish to attend the previously referenced administrative hearing and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing should contact Tracey Pontius, Agency Coordinator, (717) 787-4298.
