   A-00117525.  CSX Transportation, Inc. Application of CSX Transportation, Inc. for the alteration of 12 at-grade and 3 grade-separated crossings for the removal of a single track of the Baltimore Division, Lurgan Subdivision, where it intersects 15 public highways in the Townships of Antrim, Quincy and Guilford and the Borough of Chambersburg, all in Franklin County.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at 10 a.m. in Hearing Room 2, Plaza Level, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
