LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

York County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #6701/6713, Yorktown Mall, 131 N. Duke Street, York, PA 17401-1116.

Lease Expiration Date:  March 31, 2003

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 6,600 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located within 1/2 mile of the intersection of Philadelphia Street (Route 462) and Duke Street, City of York.

Proposals due:  February 21, 2003, at 12 p.m.
