15-Day Extension to the Public Notice of Proposed Revision to General NPDES Permit for Storm- water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities (PAG-3)
[34 Pa.B. 1394] The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is extending the public comment period on the proposed revisions to the Department's NPDES Stormwater General Permit (PAG-3) for Discharges of Stormwater Associated with Industrial Activities, the Notice of Intent and other related permit documents. The current General Permit will expire on June 4, 2004. Notice soliciting public comments on the proposed revisions was previously published at 34 Pa.B. 755 (February 7, 2004), with a comment period deadline of March 8, 2004. The deadline for comments is extended to March 23, 2004. This notice is under The Clean Streams Law (35 P. S. §§ 691.1--691.101) and sections 1905-A, 1917-A and 1920-A of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. §§ 510-5, 510-17 and 510-20).
