Pennsylvania Dough in a Row Instant Lottery Game
[34 Pa.B. 2240] Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Dough in a Row.
2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Dough in a Row instant lottery game ticket is $1.
3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Dough in a Row instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area. The play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE) and a Bank Roll Symbol (BKROLL).
4. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $40, $80 and $2,000.
5. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed for the Game: Approximately 9,360,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Dough in a Row instant lottery game.
6. Determination of Prize Winners:
(a) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in a left to right diagonal in the play area, and a prize amount of $2,000 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2,000.
(b) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in a right to left diagonal in the play area, and a prize amount of $80 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $80.
(c) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in the right column in the play area, and a prize amount of $40 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.
(d) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in the bottom row in the play area, and a prize amount of $20 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(e) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in the middle row in the play area, and a prize amount of $10 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.
(f) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in the left column in the play area, and a prize amount of $5 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.
(g) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in the top row in the play area, and a prize amount of $2 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.
(h) Holders of tickets with three matching play symbols of Bank Roll (BKROLL) in the middle column in the play area, and a prize amount of $1 in the corresponding prize arrow, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.
7. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Dough in a Row instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).
9. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Dough in a Row, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Dough in a Row instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Dough in a Row instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.
10. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.
11. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Dough in a Row or through normal communications methods.
