It Is Ordered, pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania that Pa.R.A.P. 2111, and Explanatory Comment thereto, are amended in the following form.
This Order shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective 60 days thereafter.

CONTENT OF BRIEFS Rule 2111. Brief of the Appellant.
(a) General rule. The brief of the appellant, except as otherwise prescribed by these rules, shall consist of the following matters, separately and distinctly entitled and in the following order:

Explanatory Comment--2004 The 2004 amendment simply reorders subdivision (a)(2) and (a)(3) in order to maintain consistency with Rule 2115, which requires that the text of the order or determination from which an appeal has been taken shall be set forth immediately following the statement of jurisdiction.
