Adopting Order Now, this 8th day of January, 2004, it is hereby Ordered:
1. Somerset County Rule of Judicial Administration 210 (Som.R.J.A. 210), Restriction On Broadcasting, Recording And Photographs, is amended to read in its entirety, as reflected in revised Som.R.J.A. 210, as follows, effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
2. Somerset County Rules of Civil Procedure 3103, Attachment Of Personal Earnings To Satisfy Judgment Awarded To A Judgment Creditor-Landlord and 3252, Form Of Writ Of Execution--Attachment Of Personal Earnings To Satisfy Judgment Awarded To A Judgment Creditor-Landlord, are rescinded, effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
3. The Somerset County Court Administrator is directed to:
A. File seven (7) certified copies of this Order and the Rules with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts.
B. Distribute two (2) certified copies of this Order and the Rules to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
C. File one (1) certified copy of this Order and the Rules with the Pennsylvania Civil Procedural Rules Committee.
D. File proof of compliance with this Order in the docket for these Rules, which shall include a copy of each transmittal letter.

President JudgeSom.R.J.A. 210. Restriction On Broadcasting, Recording, and Photographs.
Unless specifically authorized by the Court, broadcasting, televising, transmitting images by any means, recording, or taking photographs is prohibited in the courtrooms, and areas immediately adjacent thereto, during sessions of court or recesses between sessions, including periods of time before and after sessions of court when parties, witnesses, jurors, and others are arriving or departing. For the purpose of implementation of this prohibition, cameras, broadcasting, transmitting, and recording devices shall not be permitted in the courtroom, and cameras, broadcasting, transmitting, and recording devices shall not be used on the second floor of the Courthouse and shall be permitted on the first floor of the Courthouse only in the area immediately adjacent to the Prothonotary's Office, unless prior Court approval is obtained.
