HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY

Request for Proposals; Financial Audit for the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program

   The Housing Finance Agency (Agency) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain the services of a certified public accounting firm to conduct a financial audit for the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (HEMAP) for the fiscal years ending 2004 through 2006.

   Interested firms must submit three copies of the proposal. The proposals will become a part of official Agency files with no further obligation on the Agency's part. Proposals must be submitted to Larry Jackson, Housing Finance Agency, P. O. Box 8029, Harrisburg, PA 17105 or hand delivered to 211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Proposals must be received at this address by 4 p.m. on March 5, 2004. No late proposals will be accepted. The cost and price portion of the proposals must be bound and sealed separately from the remainder of the RFP.
