Pennsylvania Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board and the Board's Regulation, Legislation and Technical Committee Meetings
[35 Pa.B. 72] The quarterly meeting of the Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board (Board) is scheduled for January 6, 2005, at 11 a.m. in Room 105, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA. The Board will review and discuss the replacement of water supplies impacted by coal mining, reclamation of bond forfeiture mine sites and bonding procedures for surface coal mines. The Board's Regulation, Legislation and Technical Committee will meet at 9 a.m. on January 6 at the same location and will discuss the replacement of water supplies impacted by coal mining.

The agenda and meeting materials will be available through the Public Participation Center on the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) website at www.dep.state.pa.us.
