Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Westmoreland County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #6504, 114 S. Fifth Street, Jeannette, PA 15644.

Lease Expiration Date: February 28, 2006

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 2,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in the Jeannette Central Business District. The location must have loading facilities for tractor-trailer deliveries.

Proposals due: April 1, 2005, at 12 p.m.
