Redesignation of Water Subject to Special Fishing Regulation; McMichaels Creek, Monroe County
[35 Pa.B. 2971] The Fish and Boat Commission (Commission) has redesignated the section of McMichaels Creek, Monroe County that is currently regulated and managed under 58 Pa. Code § 65.6 (relating to delayed harvest artificial lures only areas). Presently, the following section of McMichaels Creek is regulated and managed as a delayed harvest artificial lures only area: From 130 yards downstream of the bridge on Turkey Hill Road (T-416) downstream to the upstream boundary of the Glen Brook Golf Course, a distance of 1.74 miles. The revised limits are from a point 0.71 mile downstream of the bridge on Turkey Hill Road (T-416) downstream to the upstream boundary of the Glen Brook Golf Course, for a distance of 1.1 miles. This redesignation shall be effective immediately upon publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
