Implementation of Act 37 of 2005--Commercial Drivers' License Disqualification Program

   The Department of Transportation, under sections 9 and 10 of the act of July 5, 2005 (P. L. ____ , No. 37) (Act 37), Senate Bill 724, Printers No. 868, amending 75 Pa.C.S. (relating to the Vehicle Code) implementing the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999, gives notice that it is prepared to implement the administrative changes required by Act 37.
