DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation

[35 Pa.B. 460]

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administration Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The following property is available for sale by the Department: 894 Horseshoe Pike (Route 322) in East Brandywine Township, Chester County, PA. The parcel contains 4,481 square feet of unimproved land. Estimated fair market value is $4,000.

   Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site, within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Ray DeMasi, R/W, District 6-0, 7000 Geerdes Blvd., King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525, (610) 205-6507.
