Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

   The parcel, which consists of 5,051 square feet of unimproved ground, is located at 7 and 9 Shoemaker Drive in the Township of Bristol, Bucks County.

   Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the land within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Andrew L. Warren, District Administrator, Department of Transportation, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525.
