PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

   The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by October 3, 2005. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

   A-00122025, F. 2. Jason Koss and Nicholas Molyneux t/a Affair to Remember (R. R. 2, Box 142K, Falls, Wyoming County, PA 18615)--persons in limousine service, between points in the Counties of Wyoming, Susquehanna, Sullivan, Bradford, Lackawanna and Luzerne, and from points in said counties to points in Pennsylvania and return.

Application of the following for approval of the right to begin to operate motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods by transfer as described under the application.

   A-00122066. Anthony Bader t/d/b/a BNT Movers (P. O. Box 111, Moscow, PA 18444)--household goods in use, between points in the Counties of Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Wayne and Wyoming, and from points in said counties to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa. Attorney: Mark J. Conway, 502 South Blakely Street, Dunmore, PA 18512.

Application of the following for amendment to the certificate of public convenience approving the operation of motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

   A-00119007, Folder 2, Am-A. Williams Moving & Storage, Inc. t/a Parks-Centre Carriers, Parks Moving & Storage, Fife Moving & Storage Co. and Werner Donaldson Moving Systems, Inc. (740 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, Butler County, PA 15086), a corporation of the Commonwealth--for the amendment to its common carrier certificate, which grants the right, inter alia, to transport, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, from points in the County of Beaver, to other points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa. So As To Permit the transportation of household goods in use: (1) between points in the Borough of Houston, Washington County, and within 10 miles by the usually traveled highways of the limits of said borough; (2) from points in the Borough of Houston, Washington County, and within 10 miles by the usually traveled highways of the limits of said borough to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa; (3) between points in the Borough of McDonald, Washington County, and within 15 miles by the usually traveled highways of the limits of said borough, and from points in said area to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa; and (4) between points in the County of Allegheny, and from points in said county, to points in the County of Beaver, and vice versa; which is to be a transfer of all the rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-00094528 to Fife Moving & Storage Co., subject to the same limitations and conditions.
