Order

Per Curiam:

   And Now, this 4th day of January, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition to Revise Magisterial Districts 05-2-25 and 05-2-43 of the Fifth Judicial District (Allegheny County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that the Petition is hereby granted. This Order is effective January 31, 2005.

   Said Magisterial Districts shall be as follows:

Magisterial District 05-2-25:
District Justice
Mary P. Murray
Borough of Coraopolis,
Crescent Township,
Moon Township and
Neville Township
Magisterial District 05-2-43:
District Justice
Carla Swearingen 		Ward 28 of the City
of Pittsburgh
(Crafton Heights,
Broadhead Manor,
and Westgate) and Robinson Township.
