   A-230240F0023 and A-230067F2000. Little Washington Wastewater Company d/b/a Suburban Wastewater Company and CS Water and Sewer Associates. Joint application of Little Washington Wastewater Company d/b/a Suburban Wastewater Company and CS Water and Sewer Associates for approval of: 1) the acquisition by Suburban Wastewater Company of the wastewater system assets of CS Water and Sewer Associates; 2) the right of Suburban Wastewater Company to begin to offer, render, furnish and supply wastewater service to the public in a portion of Lackawaxen Township in Pike County, PA; and 3) the abandonment by CS Water and Sewer Associates of public wastewater service within Lackawaxen Township in Pike County, PA.

   Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before February 14, 2005. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the applicant's business address.
