   A-210104F0055 and A-210667F2000. Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. and CS Water and Sewer Associates. Joint application of Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. and CS Water and Sewer Associates for approval of: 1) the acquisition by Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. of the water system assets of CS Water and Sewer Associates; 2) the right of Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. to begin to offer, render, furnish and supply water service to the public in a portion of Lackawaxen Township in Pike County, PA; and 3) the abandonment by CS Water and Sewer Associates of public water service within Lackawaxen Township in Pike County, PA.

   Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before February 14, 2005. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the applicant's business address.
