[36 Pa.B. 2086] On January 5, 2006, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) assessed a $3,000 civil penalty and reprimanded the license for acting in the capacity of a real estate salesperson without possessing a real estate license and being a party to materially false or misleading representation in a writing regarding a real estate transaction in which respondent was acting in a representative capacity in violation of sections 301 and 604(a)(15) of the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (63 P. S. §§ 455.301 and 455.604(a)(15)).
Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Judith Pachter Schulder, Board Counsel, State Real Estate Commission, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.
This adjudication and order represents the final Commission decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonweath Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Commission with a copy of the petition for review. The Commission contact for receiving service of appeals is the previously named board counsel.
